Spacious and beautifully decorated old farm main building with spacious yard.
62 km to the southwest from Kuopio. Lake Suontee 400 m, own pier and rowing boat. Beach deepens quickly, bottom is sanded.
The apartment is located in the wood-cladded farm main building (built in 1880). Three bedrooms, each with two 100 x 200 cm hotel-level beds, one 100 x 200 cm bed in the living room, sofa bed (140 x 200 cm bed) for two in the kitchen. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen, separate WC, indoor sauna (electric sauna stove), laundry room with washing machine, drying cabinet in the dressing room. In the yard of the main building, glazed and covered cooking area with table group and barbecue site. The carport in the yard is available.
Lakeside sauna by lake Suontee (wood-burning sauna stove, water is taken from the lake by carrying). Wood-heated trailer-based hot tub is available from the beginning of May to the end of September. The customer fills, heats, empties and cleans the hot tub himself.
Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the rent. Flat yard area, which is mainly lawn. The sun shines into the spacious yard all day long.
The second entrance of the main building leads to a storage room (not for residential use).
Lintharju sports center 19 km, there is swimming hall, ski trails in winter and excellent route network for mountain biking in summer (good trails allures cyclists from further away).
